ClickMedia+
ClickMedia+ mobile app was the first project I worked on for ClickDealer and was a brilliant project to get me teeth into. My task was to add functionality for the user to be able to send videos to customers from the app. Through this I worked on the user joruney for the best experience of sending a video to a single customer of multiple customers. Along side this I had to work out the best way for the user to send a video stored on the device or to record a new video within the app. This was a big and brilliant challenge the I was really proud of.
ClickEngage Enhancements
ClickEngage was a big project I worked on throughout my time at ClickDealer. I worked alongside a Product Owner to work on the user journey and to add some customer/dealer trust. We worked on adding friendly well known Icons and images to make the customer feel like they can rely on the dealer and know that they are getting the best service. With addition to this, I also updated the layout of the pages to make the user experience quick and easy for the customer to make a quick and simple purchase.
ClickDealer DMS Send Video
DMS Send Video was a project that ClickDealer asked me to design during the first lockdown so that dealers could send videos of the customers chosen vehicle whilst unable to visit the showroom. With the pandemic being such a stressfull time for car dealers, I wanted to make sure that this process is as quick and easy as possible by removing all of the data entry and creative email design input by having premade email template and being able to select which customer(s) you would like to send the video to in just a couple of clicks. This allowed the dealer to be able to still show customers their products and still keep their business going.
